Those of you who are regular AGM Event week attendees know how important it is to have the bus pickup addresses right for the dinners. Right?
All members and their guests that require transport will be picked up by buses on the Wednesday and Saturday nights to attend the festivities at the Event site if they are within an area from Paringa in the East to Waikerie to the West. There are virtually no accommodation venues outside this large area. Buses can be booked by placing a tick in the appropriate boxes when registering for the Event. Please state where you will be staying when registering so that the National Administration Office will know where you are and can collate these locations and hand this information to our Event Transport Coordinator for the final ordering of the required buses.
Not all accommodation places will have a pickup and drop off point, but there will be one close by. Check the notice board at the Field Day Site for final information.
