 The 27th Annual General Meeting of the Ulysses Club Inc is to be held on Saturday 13th March 2010 and will commence at 1pm sharp, after which time the doors will close.
The AGM venue address is:-
The Albany Leisure & Aquatic Centre, Barker Road (off Albany Highway).
Members are asked to enter the building from the path at the rear of the building without passing through the main entrance. Parking is available in the first car park accessed on your left upon entering from Barker Road via Albany Hwy.
The entry to the building will be clearly signed and is located in the right hand rear corner of the car park.
The quickest way to the Leisure & Aquatic Centre is back up to the top of York St and turn left at the roundabout into Albany Hwy. Barker Road is the first road on your right past the Sanford Road roundabout. (It will be signposted)
Financial members who are not registered for the AGM Event, can still attend the meeting.
Due to the time constraints involved with processing the Annual General Meeting attendees and the necessary preparations that take place in readiness for the vote counting procedures, we ask that members who wish to attend the AGM please ensure an arrival that allows for adequate time to be registered and be seated in readiness for a prompt start.
Only financial members can attend the AGM, vote, and have speaking rights, so please check your membership expiry date prior to your arrival and if it has expired please renew your membership before lining up for entry into the Annual General Meeting. You will need your membership card to attend the meeting (swipe in system).

Invitation to Branches to attend the Ulysses Club Inc
Extended National Committee Meeting.
The National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc extends an invitation to each Branch President / Coordinator and Secretary to attend the Extended National Committee meeting on Friday 12th March 2010.
Should the Branch President / Coordinator and or Secretary be unable to attend the above meeting we would encourage the delegation of at least one but no more than two members to attend as their Branch representative(s).
The Extended National Committee meeting is an official meeting of the National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc and is a great opportunity for Committee members of each Branch to meet with fellow Branch Committee members and to become involved in the processes and discussions on matters of importance directly related to the Ulysses Club.
For catering purposes it is necessary to have the number of people wishing to take part in this meeting by the 19th February, so it would be appreciated if the National Secretary could be advised of the names of the members nominated to represent their Branch.

Nominations for positions on the National Committee of the Ulysses Club Incorporated for 2010 must be received by the National Secretary by the 30th November 2009.
