BREAKFAST RIDES

Throughout 2009, there will be a series of BREAKFAST RIDES, which as the name implies are shorter rides, ending at a location where breakfast is available AND at a reasonable price.
Breakfast rides have proved popular in the past and the committee believe that they will be successful again.

TRI-BRANCH QUIZ NIGHT!!

Lynn and Steve Nash have organised a Tri-Branch Quiz Night  for attendees of the Torrens Valley, Adelaide and Fleurieu Branches (with a warm welcome extended to
the Mallee Branch and Yorke Peninsula Riding Group and in-fact, any Ulyssian who'd like to come along!).

This is a great opprtunity to get together with Ulyssians from other branches and share some great times and perhaps even learn something!

The venue is the European Catering Centre (home of the Adelaide Branch)  2 Chief Street Hindmarsh on Friday night the 24th of July starting at 7.30 p.m. sharp!

Admission is $5.00 per person with all proceeds going to the Ulysses Club Arthritis Reasearch Fund (UCARF).  This is definitely one for the diary.

For further enquiries and to advise re numbers attending, please contact Lynn or Steve on 0423 108 464 or 8281 7727.

Bookings are essential and seats are limited so be early!!!!  Bring along your spare change for raffles and other activities.

5 CAPTAIN'S RIDE

The 5 Captain's Ride is scheduled for Sunday the 25th of May.  This ride is an opportunity to meet Ulyssians from across the State as members from
Torrens Valley, Fleurieu, Adelaide, Mallee and Yorke Peninsula RG Branches are participating.

The Torrens Valley "leg will leave from Julian Terrace Gawler (see Ride Calendar) and head to Balhannah for a rv with other branches and morning tea.

From there, we make our way to Mannum for lunch.
Members are encouraged to bring their own lunch as facilities there will be at a premium if everybody wants to go to the same place for a meal.
There are good picnic facilities on the Riverbank for those "b.y.o. ing"

Join us on the day for a great ride!!

For further information, contact Mark Seja on 0402 982 402

"Ride your own ride", is a motto of this branch.
We respect and support the idea that not all riders can or will
ride at the same speed at the same time.

Riders are encouraged to always ride at their own level of competence.

"Grow old Disgracefully & Safely"

Ok some notes on this web page...
this site was designed to look best on 800x600 resolution.
It was constructed with bits of old paper and string, and a can of house paint :)
