Christmas in July – 17.7.10

The Branch celebrated Christmas in July at Buttai Barn with 46 joining in the fun and frivolity. Both Stan and Betty won prizes for their dancing prowess – Stan for the chicken dance and Betty for her efforts at line dancing. 

Quite a few braved the mechanical bull and the bush dancing was a great laugh – especially for the spectators watching those that couldn't remember when to move forward and when to move backwards. That's OK Mark, we won't tell anyone! The games later in the night gave everyone an even bigger laugh. Trying to blow up a balloon with a bicycle pump between your knees is not easy and apparently leaves bruises, or so some will tell you!

A great night was had by all. For those of you unable to make it, make sure you come along next time!
