Saturday Night's
Dinner Theme
All things " T "  ~  Tigers, Teapots, Tarzan, Tinkerbell, Tonto, Trojans, Tuttenkaman and so on . . .

Registration
  • Registration forms must be received before Friday, 20 April 2012 to allow time to finalise the catering.

  • Registration numbers will be capped at 150 attendees, so get in early.

  • Muster Check In will be open at at the Mehi River Van Park on Friday, 3:00pm ~ 6:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am ~ 3:30pm.

  • Late registration at the dinner venue will be by prior arrangement only !!!!
Friday Night's
Activities
Riders will descend on Moree and check into their choice of accommodation.
Festivities will commence on Friday Night, for the early arrivals, with a tradional Camp Oven Dinner at the Mehi River Van Park.   B.Y.O liquid refreshments. 

Saturday's
Activities
On Saturday morning, the Muster will kick off with hot BBQ breakfast at the Mehi River Van Park.     You'll enjoy good country food to get you started for the day.  Juice, Bacon & Eggs, Toast, Tea and Coffee, etc

At 10:00am there will be a "Thunder Run" through the main street of Moree, stopping off at Thomas Lee Motorcycles for coffee.

Afterwards, there will be a guided ride out to the Pallamallawa Hotel, then back to the Mehi River Van Park for lunch and the Bikeana.

After lunch, Bikekana Games will start at 1:30pm, followed by our Show'n'Shine at 4:00pm.

On Saturday night, the Muster party promises to be a night to remember with  Lots of Raffles with Fantastic PrizesTerrific Music, Great Food, and Drinks at Reasonable Prices

Buses will be available to pick up registered guests and transport them to the Moree Aero Club, where the fun will begin.   At the conclusion of the evening, buses will also be available to take registered guests back to their accommodation.

Pre-dinner drinks and social chit chat will start around 6:30pm with dinner being served from around 7:30pm.

Sunday's
Activities
For those members heading home, we hope you have a safe trip and remember "keep the rubber side down, and the shiny side up".

For those staying another night in Moree, there will be another guided ride to Bingara for lunch (pay at the venue), with an informal dinner from the Post Office Hotel's blackboard menu on Sunday evening, starting from 6:30pm

Weather
A typical late April day in Moree will be fine and sunny, with day-time tempuratures around 25*C, while night-time tempuratres are a pleasant 10*C.
