THE AGM EVENT VENUE
The Event site is situated at The Maryborough Showgrounds and Equestrian Centre, Maryborough 4650, located on the Bruce Highway 3kms north of the Maryborough CBD.
CHECK-IN
The Check In venue is located onsite at themain event property - The Maryborough Showgrounds.
REGISTRATION FEE
Everyone attending the Event must pay this fee whether they are members or a guest of a member, regardless of the length of their stay. Each member is allowed to register one paid guest (see minimum age below). Without this registration you cannot gain entry to any 2013 Event venues other than the Annual General Meeting. No day passes willbe issued, so please do not ask! The huge cost burden to provide the Event, Hoecker, entertainment, security, toilets, showers etc must be shared by all attendees.
Camping grounds open Monday 15th April 2013 at 7am. No admittance prior to this time. For all information regarding camping (of all types) refer to the AGM Event website.
CANCELLATIONS
A Cancellation fee of
$25.00 applies. Refunds for cancellations received after 6th February 2013 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Will not be admitted to AGM Event venues. (Exceptions will be registered employees of Site Traders and dedicated volunteers)
ANIMALS
No Animals Allowed at AGM Event venues. Registrants who choose to bring companion pets must register them with the Administration Office prior to the event and must agree in writing to abide by the following policy and be responsible for compliance with the policy whilst attending the event. Acceptance of any companion is at the discretion of the AGM Event Committee and the National Administration Office Staff. All companions must be kept on a hand leash at all times whilst in the Event Venue/s. Owners must clean up after their companion. All animals which represent a danger orpotential hazard to other registrants or themselves are not permitted in the event venue at any time. Companions must be exercised outside the Event Venue.The Camping site and surrounds must be kept clean of droppings at all times by the owner and the site must be cleaned up prior to departure from the site. Dispose of all droppings in the appropriate waste disposal. Companions are not to be left unattended at any time. Companions are not permitted inside the amenities facilities or Traders Area at any time. Only Guide Dogs will be permitted in food service areas. No continuous or persistent barking by the companion. Companion owners agree and accept to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by or to their companion whilst within theEvent Venue/s and agrees to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to the companion’s activities. Should a member be discovered to contravene or to not be observing the spirit of this policy they will be asked to comply or leave the venue without claim for any refund/s.

Arrangements have been made with Australia Post for goods to be delivered to the Ulysses 2013 AGM Event. The parcels need to be addressed as follows:
