A helmet is a complicated piece of safety apparel which we often take for granted.  
Helmets last forever – right?  Wrong!  A helmet used virtually every day should be replaced every three years as a minimum and those used less frequently will see a replacement period of not more than five years.

Road Safety Stand and Forum Fraser Coast 2013

The Ulysses Club Road Safety Committee manned a stand in the Traders Hall at the Fraser Coast AGM Event held recently. The stand was set up by members of the committee (all current Ulysses Club members) prior to the event opening on Monday 15th April. As well as information about riding in Queensland (being the home state for the AGM event) and general road safety information relevant to members, the members of the committee were on hand during the week to answer the many questions about the Road Safety Committee and the role it plays.
